Kobe Bryant had a kill list growing up in youth basketball. With names of the top athletes in his age bracket who out ranked him nationally. The takeaway is his “kill list” He would cross off their names as he moved up in rankings. He identified all his own weaknesses in basketball
Put himself under a microscope. This is why self awareness is categorized as a High income skill. Every person who has high income skills Has self confidence. Another way to build self confidence is to make a list of all your fears. Big, small, mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, traumatically- life traumas. And trained solely on all of his weaknesses until they became:
Muscle memory
Strengths
Habits
Routines.
So those names started out as fears, boundaries, limitations. Just like life.
Translated into a kill list.
